Make a plan for your vaccine and plan to help others who may need help!

State health officials urge people in Minnesota to get a COVID-19 vaccination as soon as possible. That call to action is especially true for people with disabilities. Support workers, friends and loved ones are encouraged to help people who may need help scheduling their vaccination (especially for people who don’t have internet access or those who don’t have the most up-to-date information.)

To read more about planning for vaccination, go to the Disability Hub MN’s Make a plan for your COVID-19 vaccine page.
