Happy 2021! With the start of a new year, it is important for host counties of Certified Residential Facilities to get the following documents to our Financial Operations staff. 2825 – Notice of Contracted Per Diem Rates Forms, 6634 – Title IV-E Checklist and copy of the license for 2021. If our financial operation division does not receive an updated copy of these forms, they are unaware of any potential renewed contracts and rate changes.

In SSIS, User Settings, User Grid Settings and User Spelling Settings can be adjusted to display items in a certain way. Prior to each new release, we recommended that workers back up their user settings in SSIS to ensure they are not lost. It is easy to do and only takes a few minutes.
