Registration for the first 2021 Odyssey webinar is now available.

Resilience

This webinar will define and explore strategies to demonstrate resilience as an individual and an organization. We will share real-life examples of resilience in Minnesota's social service system.

Our  guest presenters are Jonathan Palmer, executive director of the Hallie Q. Brown Community Center, and Dr. Karyn Harvey, director of training and program development for the Park Avenue Group. 

Learning objectives

  • Define resilience and what it looks like at an individual and organizational level.
  • Describe strategies to build resilience in individuals and organizations.

2021 Odyssey webinar series

In place of an in-person event this year, we are excited to introduce the 2021 Odyssey webinar series. We will bring together trusted sources on aging and disability services and deliver them through your computer. As an attendee, you’ll leave inspired, validated and ready to dig in. The topics  for these webinars include: resilience, anti-racism, updates from the 2021 legislative session , and reinvention. Details about the remaining webinars will be announced in March.
