Updated COVID-19 guidance for DT&H, prevocational services and structured day services

DHS recently published Bulletin #20-56-09: Turning the dial on day services for adults with disabilities (August 2020 update) (PDF). The bulletin provides lead agencies and waiver day service providers with information about additional flexibilities for delivering DT&H, prevocational services and structured day services during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This guidance is effective Aug. 12, 2020, and lasts the duration of the peacetime emergency.

Note: This guidance does not apply to adult day services.
