Updated information about adult day services during the COVID-19 emergency

We updated DHS – Adult day services provided during the COVID-19 emergency FAQ to provide information about center-based adult day services provided during the COVID-19 peacetime emergency. The updated page supplements information in the following resources:

• Bulletin #20-25-01: Alternative adult day service delivery due to COVID-19 pandemic (PDF) (effective May 4, 2020)
• eList announcement: Temporary modifications to adult day center licensing requirements (effective July 8, 2020)
• Amended licensing requirements for adult day centers (PDF) (effective Aug. 12, 2020).
