Every three years, the State of Minnesota is required by law to survey providers to gather rate information from all child care programs. This is your opportunity to provide important information to families looking for child care and to inform reimbursement rates for the Child Care Assistance Program.
You can complete the survey by using the online Update Tool. If you’ve never used the Update Tool before, you will need to activate your account first using your License ID# and email address on file with Child Care Aware. If you need assistance, please email UpdateTool@ParentAware.org.
This year, Child Care Aware has also made the survey forms available online through a fillable PDF; you can email your completed form to InformationServices@childcareawaremn.org. Family child care programs can access their survey at this link and center-based programs can click here.
You can also email InformationServices@childcareawaremn.org to request to complete the survey via phone or paper copy.
All programs that complete the rates and fees section of the update will entered into a monthly gift card drawing. The sooner you complete the provider business update, the more chances you will have to win!
