The SSIS team is excited to announce “SSIS Coffee Talk Tuesdays for Mentors”.
“Coffee Talk Tuesdays” are virtual learning webinars for all SSIS mentors and coordinators. Sessions will take place Tuesdays and focus on specific SSIS topics. The first webinar has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 28. Dates, topics and times for upcoming webinars will be announced in SSIS Updates and email. All webinars will be offered through Zoom. Registration is required and will be open until thirty minutes prior to each webinar. Questions submitted in advance are appreciated and should be directed to the SSIS Help Desk.

DHS is seeking 2-3 volunteer agencies to pilot the upcoming SSIS V20.3 release. The pilot period is July 29 through August 25. Pilot agencies receive additional support during this testing period, including weekly pilot calls and priority assistance from the Help Desk. Items to be included in the release are available here.

A new Data Integrity Report will be implemented in SSIS V20.3, along with several Data Cleanup messages, all designed to increase the agency’s ability to locate children in placement. The messages will display either on the Bus Org or on the child in placement in different situations, but only when the Bus Org/Provider does not have a current physical location address with a valid county selected. Refer to this new job aide for more information.
