The State of Minnesota is looking to learn more about barriers to COVID-19 testing and related healthcare resources for populations of color and American Indians, and we would love your partnership in spreading the word about an upcoming survey.

In partnership with an academic team, Minnesota Management and Budget designed a mobile-friendly web survey.  We would be grateful if food shelves could distribute information about the survey to your visitors.

People who respond to the survey will receive a $10 gift card for their time.

The information provided will be used to design programs to reduce the current disparities in testing access.

If you’d be willing to partner, we’d be very grateful!  We will print and deliver the pamphlets for distribution in client food packages. If you have any suggestions about other delivery methods (client listserves, text messaging, etc.), ideas, or questions, we would be happy to talk further.
