DHS seeks members to serve on the HCBS Disparities Advisory Group

The University of Minnesota School of Public Health, in partnership with DHS, invites interested stakeholders to apply to join the HCBS Disparities Advisory Group. This statewide group will examine patterns of enrollment and service use in Minnesota for people who use home and community-based services.
