DHS recently published Bulletin #20-25-02: Customized living rate add-on payments for settings with confirmed cases of COVID-19 (PDF).

The bulletin provides information about a temporary rate add-on for customized living services delivered to people who meet both of the following criteria:

  • Use the Brain Injury (BI) Waiver, Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver or Elderly Waiver (EW)
  • Live in a setting that the Minnesota Department of Health has determined to have at least one case of COVID-19.
