Take charge of your mental health

Minnesota Department of Human Services, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division

We understand that the news and isolation in response to coronavirus (COVID-19) can lead to anxiety or other upsetting emotions or thoughts.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division is here to help. During Governor Walz’s Stay at Home Order, DHHSD's Mental Health team will continue to provide mental health services remotely (via video or phone) to adults who are deaf, deafblind, hard of hearing and late-deafened throughout the state during our regular business hours.

We also provide referrals to other mental health service providers that serve children who are deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing, and community-based programs that serve both adults and children.
