Some members attempting to use the online payment site (https://payments.dhs.state.mn.us/) in late December and early January were unable to make the following payments:
- Alternative Care (AC) fee
- Medical Assistance for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MA-EPD) premium
- Minnesota Senior Health Option (MSHO) spenddown
- Special Needs Basic Care (SNBC) spenddown
Members are now able to make online payments. If members have issues or questions, refer them to the health care billing line at 651-431-3205 or 800-657-3762. The health care billing phone line is available Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
