MA-ABD applicants and enrollees must sign authorization form to ensure continued MA eligibility

People enrolled in or applying for Medical Assistance for People Who Are Age 65 or Older and People Who Are Blind or Have a Disability (MA-ABD) have begun to receive Account Validation Service (AVS) authorization forms in the mail. Lead agencies should work with applicants/enrollees to make sure they complete this form. If they do not, their MA eligibility will be terminated.

For guidance, review the announcement at MA-ABD applicants and enrollees must sign authorization form to ensure continued MA eligibility.
