- MHIS Crisis Data Quick Sheet (PDF)
- MHIS Crisis Batch File Layout (PDF)
- Crisis Batch Reporting Template (XLS)
Documentation updates include formatting and reporting clarification edits. Batch file layouts have not been changed.
Please take this time to ensure your agency is using current versions of our MHIS reporting resources.
