Important Information

We do not have the resources to train all staff from all provider agencies. Therefore, we utilize a train-the-trainer model. It is important that individuals who attend this training are mental health professionals who have clinical expertise and can go back and train others in their respective agencies/catchment areas.

The interpretation of the CASII and SDQ require a considerable amount of clinical judgment. While case managers and/or practitioners may be assisting to collect some of this information, it is critical that the clinical supervisor be involved in the scoring and interpretation of the results. We have found that these tools are extremely useful in informing treatment and in tracking individual client progress as long as there is solid clinical support.

There is no charge for the training, but you must be registered to attend. We will provide manuals and materials to all participants.

We ask that participants be ready to begin promptly at 9:00am and expect to stay until 4:30pm. Lunch will be on your own. Please allow adequate time to find parking.
