Workers may find they are unable to duplicate older court actions. On the Order/Disposition tab of the Court record screen, Visitation is now separated into two different orders, “Visitation – conditional” and “Visitation - supervised.” Because these orders they don’t match the original record, they cannot be duplicated. For the first Court Action following this update you will need to create a New Court Action. After creating a new Court Action, you will be able to duplicate the Court Action successfully.
When an SSIS Document is created the Set-up screen must be completed. The information from the Set-up screen is then merged into the Document. If information on the Set-up screen is changed, the Document will not automatically reflect the changes. To re-merge the Set-up screen information, access the Action menu on the Document screen and select "Re-merge Document."
MAARC reports and CMR transfer reports display on Intakes Needing Action Log when they arrive at the local agency. Since SSIS and MAARC do not know what Security status to apply, they are automatically assigned to the SSIS Default Unit with an Access Restriction of Unrestricted. Intake workers must select the appropriate unit and access restriction to ensure security on the intake and maltreatment report. This must be done again when opening the Case/Workgroup. Until this is done, all workers can view the maltreatment reports. For adult maltreatment reports there is not an Admin function to limit viewers of the information.
