Purpose: To announce an increase to enhanced rates/budgets

Effective July 1, 2019, the enhanced rate/budget increased from 5% to 7.5% for people who meet eligibility requirements and use personal care assistance (PCA) or Consumer Support Grant (CSG) with budgets based on the outcome of PCA assessments. DHS is in the process of requesting federal approval to change the consumer directed community supports (CDCS) enhanced budget percentage from 5% to 7.5%.
