Presenter deadline is Tuesday, July 2
Presenters, you must submit your PowerPoint presentation by Tuesday, July 2. Visit the submitter and presenter information page for details about where to send it and to review your responsibilities as a presenter. You should have received your room and time assignments. If not, please check with the person who submitted your session proposal.
Early bird registration to end soon
Early bird registration will end July 9 and the online registration system will shut down July 14. On-site registration will open 10:30 a.m. July 31.
Additional hotel options
The Odyssey Conference registration continues to be on pace to exceed past attendance numbers. As a result, there has been big demand for hotel rooms. and we have added additional hotel options. Visit the Odyssey website hotel list for updated information. Remember, all attendees must register, including presenters, exhibitors and sponsors.
Odyssey program available week of July 1
The full conference program has gone to print. We hope to post the full program and session times to the Odyssey website next week. Currently, the list of pre-conference intensives, concurrent sessions and the conference schedule is available online.
