SSIS Version 19.1 release materials

SSIS version 19.1 was released statewide last week. See the SSIS Release Information page for links to release notes and the updated known defects report. 

Additionally, training materials for this release have been made available on the SSIS Worker Pilot and Release Training page. They include a recorded presentation on the changes in SSIS V19.1 and a tutorial and recorded presentation on ICWA/MIFPA Qualified Expert Witness (QEW) data entry in SSIS.


Dates available for SSIS training

SSIS in-person trainings have been scheduled for the first half of 2019 and many spots are are still available. See the schedule below. These classes cover the fundamentals of SSIS data entry and are appropriate for new workers as well as experienced workers seeking a refresher. Prior to registering for the Child Protection Worker or Adult Protection Worker classes, workers must complete the SSIS eLearning Essentials 101-106  courses in the previous 12 months. The SSIS Fiscal New Worker Training has no pre-requisites. Register for classes on TrainLink.

SSIS Repository upload

The next SSIS Repository upload will be March 25, 2019 for agencies that are not yet centralized.

Note: Agencies no longer need to email the DHS Help Desk or other MNIT staff when monthly uploads have been completed. If an upload is not completed by the deadline, MNIT staff will reach out individually.
