CTSS – New Website and Certification Process

Hello CTSS Providers and Staff—

The Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) webpages for community providers and school providers have now merged into a single new CTSS Webpage and been updated to reflect the new process created for becoming a certified CTSS provider.

Some of the changes in the process include:

  1. A new fillable PDF Certification Application identifying all items that must be submitted for certification.  The same application will be used for both community providers and school providers.
  2. Schools no longer have option 1, 2, or 3; schools will identify as a school or contractor. Use the current application to select your provider type to determine what application components are required.
  3. The timeline for DHS staff to complete reviews has been modified.

Plus, the new webpage includes:

  1. New FAQ – commonly asked questions/answers for CTSS services.
  2. Improved information on training.
