Hello CTSS Providers and Staff—
The Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) webpages for community providers and school providers have now merged into a single new CTSS Webpage and been updated to reflect the new process created for becoming a certified CTSS provider.
Some of the changes in the process include:
- A new fillable PDF Certification Application identifying all items that must be submitted for certification. The same application will be used for both community providers and school providers.
- Schools no longer have option 1, 2, or 3; schools will identify as a school or contractor. Use the current application to select your provider type to determine what application components are required.
- The timeline for DHS staff to complete reviews has been modified.
Plus, the new webpage includes:
- New FAQ – commonly asked questions/answers for CTSS services.
- Improved information on training.
