DHS is in the process of ending the use of fiscal support
entity (FSE) providers and contracting with financial management service (FMS) providers for participants in the consumer directed community supports (CDCS) and Consumer Support Grant (CSG) programs. For more information, see Changes to CDCS and CSG fiscal services.
