This e-Memo is a reminder to please complete
the County and Tribal Liaison Opinion Survey by January 2nd, if you have not
already done so.
As part of the ongoing quality improvement
assessment of the SUD Reform process discussed in the recent ITV sessions, this
survey will be used to:
1) Understand your opinion of the overall
effectiveness of the current Rule 25 process for clients served in Counties and
Tribal Nations;
2) Determine any technical assistance needs
for Counties and Tribal Nations during the SUD Reform process;
3) Identify an appropriate County or Tribal
liaison to participate in upcoming quality improvement surveys.
