The project includes several intervention strategies to support SNBC members, including Dental Case Management.
This training will focus on the Case Management intervention, how this will impact the work of SNBC Care Coordinator/Case Managers, and what resources the Managed Care Organizations are working on to help support Care Coordinator’s work with members.
