DHS is offering a new disability services innovation grants program. These grants promote innovative ideas to improve outcomes for people with disabilities. Funded projects will include new ways to help people with disabilities in Minnesota:
- Work in rewarding jobs for competitive pay
- Live where they choose
- Connect with others in their communities.
This grant is part of a larger DHS effort to use innovation to achieve outcomes for people with disabilities.

Deadline for applications
DHS must receive applications no later than Friday, June 30, 2017. Late proposals will not be considered.
Information session
