The
Mental Health Division would like to announce the publication of frequently
asked questions (FAQs) in an effort to inform and support Adult Mental Health
Targeted Case Management (AMH-TCM) Lead Agencies' transition to outcome
reporting.
AMH-TCM
agencies will begin collecting data on July 1, 2017, and begin reporting data
on/near January 31, 2018.
FAQ's
are now available at on the Targeted Case Management page at the DHS website.
More
information will be shared during the AMHI meeting scheduled tomorrow,
February 1, 2017 at 1:30pm.
