Purpose: DHS seeks comments on proposed changes to the BI, CAC, CADI and DD
waiver plans

DHS is working with the Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (CMS) on approval of a package of amendments for the
following home and community-based services waivers:
- Brain Injury (BI)
- Community Alternative
Care (CAC)
- Community Access for
Disability Inclusion (CADI)
- Developmental
Disabilities (DD).
In February, DHS sent
out a notice for a 30-day public comment period. That comment period went from Feb.
8 to March 9, 2016. Today, we are:
CMS instructed DHS to assure people have access to
the full waiver plans along with the proposed changes during the public comment
period. We apologize for any confusion this additional posting may cause. These
amendments are identical to the ones posted Feb. 8, 2016.
Note: If you commented during the
previous period, you do not need to resubmit your comments.

a public comment
Submit comments to DSD.PublicComments@state.mn.us no later than 4 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday,
Nov. 2, 2016.
We also will accept comments by U.S. mail. Mail written comments to:
