New Waiver Management System training videos now available

DHS created new training videos for lead agency staff who use the Waiver Management System for the DD and CCB (CAC, CADI and BI) waivers.

We created two new courses that include eight total videos:

•        DD Waiver Management System (four videos)

•        CCB Waiver Management System (four videos)

For a complete list of training modules and videos, see the updated Waiver Management System CBSM page. The videos also are available for credit in the TrainLink learning management system (search “WMS” and select either “CCB” or “DD”).
