The
event is free and open to the public, and includes:
- Keynote address from Ken Rodgers, chair of
the Minneapolis Advisory Committee on People with Disabilities, followed by a
panel discussion on the joys and challenges of living with a disability in a
culturally diverse community, from 3 to 5 p.m.
- Dance lessons and performance from
Angelique Lele, Ms. Wheelchair Minnesota 2015, and Young Dance, from 6:30 to 7
p.m.
- Music and dancing with classic rock band
Tamarak, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
