Updates to CDCS Community Support Plan (DHS-6532)

DHS revised the CDCS Community Support Plan, DHS-6532 (PDF) template based on feedback from lead agencies, fiscal support entities and CDCS support planners. The changes include content revisions along with technical changes to increase the functionality of the document. For a list of all revisions, see Recent Changes to the CDCS Community Support Plan, DHS-6532A (PDF).

The CDCS Community Support Plan is an optional form CDCS participants and CDCS support planners use to develop individual CDCS community support plans.
