RFP and RFI available for crisis respite service providers

The DHS Disability Services Division seeks proposals to provide crisis respite services. The state requests proposals from qualified providers to develop new out-of-home crisis respite services for adults and children with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD). DHS also seeks information from providers about how to increase the network of providers who can successfully serve adults and children with I/DD who need short-term, in-home, crisis respite services.

Both the RFP and the RFI for crisis respite are posted on the DHS Grants and RFPs webpage.

Deadlines

RFP

You can submit proposals until 4 p.m., Central Time, May 26, 2016. (DHS will not accept late proposals.)

RFI

You can reply to the RFI for in-home crisis respite services until March 1, 2017.
