New DHS bulletin about the Person-Centered, Informed Choice and Transition Protocol

DHS recently shared bulletin 16-56-02 (PDF). The bulletin provides information about the Person-Centered, Informed Choice and Transition Protocol. It is the second bulletin in a series of DHS bulletins about lead agency requirements for person-centered principles and practices.
