PCA provider revalidation and termination notices

Revalidation currently is underway for PCA providers and all other Minnesota Health Care Programs provider types.

For PCA providers whose revalidation is incomplete, MHCP Provider Enrollment has issued termination notices.

DHS' Disability Services Division has updated the Personal Care Assistance (PCA) Program Manual landing page with instructions for lead agencies who do service authorizations for PCA providers who received termination notices.
