Sonja learned many aspects of the construction trade through Youthbuild in north Minneapolis. She also learned to work effectively in good and bad weather and developed good teamwork and communication skills. Sonja earned her diploma, began work as a teaching assistant -- and is now enrolled at St. Paul College in their nursing program.
