We want our customers and staff to know who our Community Partners are and the services that are available to them. We have been promoting the development of CP's elevator pitches and Spotlighting their businesses during our Cafe's. We are asking you to visit our webpage Community Partner Rosterand review your information. Double check that your contact information is current and that the list of services you offer is complete and accurate.

If there has been a change to your contact information it is important that you also update any changes in the SWIFT Supplier Portal.

Updates to Our Website

Our Community Partner pages have had some reason updates. We are working on getting the Table of Contents for the Community Partner Manual linked and posted. We are working on getting information for our community bolstered to create and increase understanding of the contract process with SSB.

State Services for the Blind provides tools and training for employment, living independently, and accessing print. We assist Minnesotans who are blind, DeafBlind, experiencing vision loss, or have difficulty accessing the printed word.

The Minnesota State Services for the Blind Vocational Rehabilitation program receives 78.69 percent of its funding through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. For federal fiscal year 2024, the total amount of grant funds awarded were $10,410,449. The remaining 21.3 percent of the costs ($2,817,568) were funded by Minnesota state appropriations.
