In addition to your information, we are linking your elevator pitch. We feel it is important for you to complete a short video about your business for customers and staff to know more about you and the services you provide. We strongly encourage you to complete this.

The SRC-B Needs Assessment Taskforce is hosting listening sessions in July as part of our 2025 Needs Assessment report. We’ve sent out links for session information and registration to all our WDU and Pre-ETS customers, but I am also sharing with you in the hopes that you could mention it again when meet with your customers. We would like wide participation in order to get the most comprehensive Needs Assessment report. Thank you for helping with this important outreach!

Many of our partners have taken the WF1 training and completed the agency and staff access forms. The training video and documents needed to complete your access are now posted on our website on the training page.
