Newly Added Documents
The SSB staff is proud to announce a new accessible fillable invoice form for our Community Partners to use if they so choose. We took a lot of time to be sure we included all items that are contractually required to be included. We have had a few folks test the new form and are still taking feedback for any issues anyone might experience using it. The form and instructions for use can be found on the SSB Community Partner website invoice page.
We now have posted the instructions, training video, and all the documents needed for our Community Partners to begin using WF1 on our website training page. Contact Susan.Kusz@state.mn.us with any questions and to inform her you are moving forward with the process.
For the last several months, SSB Contract & Community Outreach Staff have been working with Luther Flagstaff on developing an accessible, searchable, interactive map. Community Partner Elevator Pitches will be linked to this map. This means that when someone hovers over a location where a partner is located, they will be able to watch the video about that partner. Remember to reach out to Lisa.Rogers@state.mn.us to get your organization's pitch develop and created.
The monitoring tool for events has gone through a few rounds of updates and changes. The new, and soon to be finalized, version has been developed, and we are working on refining it. The contracts staff has developed one survey that branches off to each role with specific questions for each, all in one survey. The backlog of partners due to be monitored is slowly disappearing and by the end of 2025 we will be caught up. We plan to be fully on track for the 2026 monitoring year. Community Partners receive at least a 30 days' notice in advance of scheduling their organization's monitoring event.
