Minnesota Paid Leave Branding, Marketing, Video and Website Development Request for Proposals
The Department of Employment and Economic Development ("DEED" or "State") is requesting proposals for the purpose of providing comprehensive branding, marketing, video, and website development services. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing branding for Paid Leave, for marketing strategies and a new website that aligns with DEED's organizational goals and objectives.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., Central Time, Monday, January 27, 2025. Late Responses will not be considered.
By submitting a response, responder is making a binding legal offer for the period of time set forth in Section 6. Conditions of Offer. The technical proposal must be submitted separately from the cost proposal.
