Grant Application Training Curriculum and Webinars for DEED
The Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED or State) Workforce Division requests proposals for a contractor to create grant application curriculum content and facilitate a series of three webinars for Minnesota nonprofits on how to navigate the State’s grant application process for state public funds.

Submit your response via email to Sonji Davis, Solicitation Administrator, Sonji.Davis@state.mn.us. Proposals must be received not later than 4:30 p.m., Central Time, October 28, 2024. Late responses will not be considered.
The Cost Proposal must be submitted as a separate attachment from the Technical Proposal. It is important no cost are contained in any portion of a Responders’ Technical Proposal.
By submitting a response, responder is making a binding legal offer for the period of time set forth below in Section 6, Conditions of Offer.
