Credits Still Available
As of June 10, $1.4M in general credits and $1.7M in reserved credits remain available for allocation under Minnesota's Angel Tax Credit (ATC).
The ATC provides a 25% credit to investors or investment funds that make equity investments in startup companies focused on innovative technology.
For 2024, $5M in credits is available, $2.5M of which is reserved for minority- and women-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in Greater Minnesota. After Sept. 30, unused reserved credits will become available for investment in any qualified businesses.
