Dislocated Worker Information Sessions

What are Dislocated Worker Services?

Dislocated Worker services are designed to help people who have been laid off through no fault of their own get back to work as quickly as possible. Sometimes people have barriers to finding employment quickly. These barriers to employment can include a change in demand for your previous occupation, such as we have seen for certain occupations during COVID-19, or other challenges to finding work.

Services for eligible people can include:

  • Career planning and counseling
  • Job search assistance
  • Connections to employers hiring now
  • Counselor-approved training
  • Other support services

January Dislocated Worker Schedule

In order for individuals to register to be pre-screened for eligibility for the Dislocated Worker and receive a pre-screening application, please register for one of these sessions.
