But far more than that is changing. CareerForce is rolling out changes to enhance the services we provide to career seekers, employers and our communities. CareerForce is bringing the state’s entire workforce system under one name. This makes CareerForce Minnesota’s only unified talent development and matchmaking resource. We have an extensive network of partners throughout the state and together, we’re dedicated to delivering prosperous outcomes for career seekers, employers, communities and for Minnesota.
