We are pleased to announce the launch of the Pohlad Family Foundation’s Housing Affordability Program, the second grant program of our new strategic focus on housing stability. We will invest $7 million over 2019-2020 to increase housing opportunities for families and youth who are currently experiencing homelessness. We anticipate approving 20-30 grants ranging from $25,000 – $500,000 annually, up to a two-year commitment to organizations that serve the Twin Cities seven-county metropolitan region.

The project period is for 5 years. Closing Date for Applications: Jun 11, 2019
Helping MN manage homelessness related trainings - Minnesota Homelessness Training Hub
MESH (Minnesota Engagement on Shelter and Housing) in partnership with COC (Continuum of Care) regions has launched the “hub” to provide information about homelessness related trainings throughout Minnesota. It’s a place for people who work with homeless clients to be connected to training throughout the state and to offer training or relevant activities for others who might be interested. If YOU are offering training which might be of interest, please feel free to add it to the calendar. The training or activities doesn’t need to be specific to homelessness, just relevant to those who provide service. Or, if you’re looking for new training opportunities, check out the calendar.
