Announcement for Bullion Product Dealers

In September 2022, the Minnesota Department of Commerce paused its regulatory activities with respect to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 80G due to a legal proceeding, and since then all registrations issued by Commerce under Chapter 80G have lapsed. Commerce has now received direction from the court and will begin registering bullion product dealers and dealer representatives again.

Starting on July 23, bullion product dealers that are required to be registered under Chapter 80G may begin submitting applications for new registrations using Sircon, the licensing system administered by Vertafore for the Commerce Department. In addition, all data previously associated with your license in the PULSE system will appear on your new record in Sircon.

A demonstration of Sircon.com and the new process for bullion product dealer and dealer representative licensing and renewals will be provided by Vertafore online via Zoom on July 22 at 10:00 AM Central Time.
