Real Estate License
Continuing Education Reminder
All resident real estate licensees have an education requirement due before 11:59 PM Central time on June 30, 2024, except initial real estate licensees whose licenses have an expiration date of June 30, 2025.
You are strongly encouraged to complete your continuing education requirements before June 15, 2024, because education providers need time to upload their student rosters. Your license will lapse if any required continuing education has not been completed by June 30.
