Real Estate Broker License Renewal

You are receiving this email because your email address is associated with an active real estate broker’s license at the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

It is the Primary Broker's responsibility to verify CE compliance and then renew the licenses that are up for renewal and associated with your company. The licenses must be renewed before 11:59 PM Central time on June 30th on www.pulseportal.com.

There is no grace period or late renewal.

Please read the detailed renewal instructions and continuing education information.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD

  • You will need your username and password to renew licenses. If you do not know your username and password, you as the Primary Broker must contact Vertafore Support at 833-814-0228.

RESIDENT BROKERS

STEP ONE

  • Verify the CE compliance of your licensees on www.pulseportal.com by clicking on the “Review your CE Transcript” link.
    • Contact the course provider directly for assistance if a course has been taken that is not listed on the CE transcript. The Department of Commerce cannot assist you with this issue. All completed continuing education courses must be uploaded by the course provider.
    • No credit will be earned if the licensee has previously obtained credit for the same course during the same licensing period.
    • A licensee will not receive credit for more than eight hours of continuing education in one day.

STEP TWO

  • After you have verified that the licensee is CE compliant by reviewing their transcript OR you have verified with the licensee that they have taken the correct courses and are waiting for the courses to be uploaded by the course provider, you may renew the licenses on www.pulseportal.com.
