Construction update
Utility work on West 15th Street and Spruce Place will be complete tomorrow, May 23. The crew will perform temporary restoration to maintain the areas livability. In the next few weeks, a restoration crew will arrive on site to remove temporary efforts and perform permanent restoration on all impacted areas.
