Construction update

CenterPoint Energy is committed to providing safe and reliable natural gas service that makes life's moments possible. This effort includes maintenance and modernization of our infrastructure. The following is an update on construction efforts in Cambridge.

Installation of natural gas main along Main Street is complete north of 25th Avenue. Main installation is ongoing on Fern Street South and Central Avenue Southwest. We expect gas main construction to be complete by the end of next week, with service work and restoration to continue. Traffic control will remain in place for service and restoration work to be completed.
