Construction update

CenterPoint Energy is committed to providing safe and reliable natural gas service that makes life's moments possible. This effort includes maintenance and modernization of our infrastructure. The following is an update on construction efforts in Brainerd. 

Through the end of this week, the gas main crew will be working around the intersection of Oakridge Road and Beech Street. There will be flaggers in place to direct traffic around the work zone, and ensure residents have access to their homes.

The crew will move to north on Beech Street, headed toward Oak Street, after completing work at that intersection. Beech Street will be closed at its intersection with Oakridge Road once work moves there. Detours will be in place, and the crew will continue to guarantee residents’ access to their homes.
