Construction update 

CenterPoint Energy is committed to providing the safe and reliable natural gas service that makes life's moments possible. This effort includes maintenance and modernization of our infrastructure.

Beginning Monday, March 31, crews from Michels Corporation will return to the area to resume moving natural gas meters outside and upgrading service lines.

The majority of remaining service work will take place on Boardman Street as well as on 30th Avenue South, 32nd Avenue South and 34th Avenue South.

CenterPoint would like to remind our customers to stay alert and aware as construction efforts ramp up this spring. Slow down when traveling near construction zones to help keep yourself, your neighbors and our workforce safe.
