What will CenterPoint Energy do?

For the past few weeks, a crew has been working on the following roads to move inside meters outside and to connect the service lines that run from homes to the main in the street:

• Willowood Drive from Woodland Road to Whited Avenue
• Wyngate Lane from Willowood Drive to 601 Wyngate Lane
• Fairwood Lane and Fairwood Drive at Willowood Drive
• Valewood Drive from Willowood Drive to 6017 Valewood Drive
• Whited Avenue from 5729 Whited Avenue to 6009 Whited Avenue
• Lake Rose Circle at Lake Rose Lane

This important step in maintaining our natural gas infrastructure is expected to be complete by the beginning of next week, the week of Oct. 28. The crew will remove any remaining materials from the area, perform temporary restoration, and clean up the site. A few weeks after this, a crew from CenterPoint Energy’s authorized restoration contractor, Q3, will permanently restore lawns, boulevards, sidewalks, and anything else disturbed by construction.
